Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we've outlined a clear cancellation and refund policy below to help you plan accordingly.

    Important Note: We strongly encourage you to avoid cancellation unless absolutely necessary. Cancellations leads to significantly impact our planning and finances.

    Full Refunds (minus processing fees):

    • Members who need to cancel their registration within 30 days of registration may be eligible for a 50% refund, minus a processing fee.
    • Members who need to cancel their registration after 30 days of registration but before the approval from Chapter leader may be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee. To request a refund, please submit a written explanation for your cancellation via email to info@ctacis.in.
    • Your refund request will be processed within 30 working days.
    • Please note that you will receive a full refund within 30 days of your request being approved.

    • The processing fee amount will be clearly communicated upon your request.

      No Refunds After Members Approval:

      Due to finalized logistics and commitments, cancellations and refund requests received after approval, will not be accommodated.
